ABOUT

The thinking behind the work

I've spent 16 years working at the intersection of enterprise complexity and human need. My work lives in the messy middle where business logic is tangled, stakeholders have competing priorities, and users just want to get their job done.

Good design starts long before any wireframe. It starts with curiosity about users, about the business, and about the assumptions baked into a brief.

My job is helping organizations understand what they're really solving for. That means leading discovery, shaping research strategy, building alignment across teams, and designing systems that scale, not just screens that ship.

I've partnered with product, engineering, and executive teams across a range of industries to bring rigor and empathy to products used by real people, every day. That kind of work takes structured thinking, honest conversations, and a genuine investment in understanding people.

I bring warmth to that process. Collaboration works better when people feel heard, and the best insights come out when teams feel safe questioning assumptions, including their own.

When the problem is unclear, that's usually where I do my best work.
